Recent cups update not working

Cups on my Fedora 41 desktop system was recently upgraded to 1:2.4.11-8. When trying to print, printer pauses. Try to resume printer, but it pauses again without printing. Rebooted system. Did not fix problem. Updated all packages in Fedora updates as of 12/14/21 and rebooted. Did not fix

When I run "sudo dnf upgrade", as an example, and it displays the stats for the downloads, installs and Removes (cleanup), the elapsed time column shows the times starting as negative and increasing to 0 and above, and then when the process is finished it then displays the time as the positive
