Minor issue after upgrade to Fedora 38 with desktop icons??

Updated my notebook from Fedora 37 to Fedora 38. Everything seems to go thru fine, but noticed two interesting issues. Desktop Icons with XFCE showed fine, but on first click on them, a message popped up asking to mark as executible. Checked and they all had the executible flag on, but each one
