After some tests, the problem is with kernel 6.3.4.
Both RPMFusion and VirtualBox packages are not working.
I'll try to post bug also to the RPMFusion support.

Although i can't find the dependancies with dnf or yum the installer fedora
find many skeleton of part however i edit many part for example the part ext4
