What kernel version? I suggest updating it. You can use a Fedora 32 kernel on Fedora 31. Even better, upgrade to 33. :D There have been recent changes in the kernel related to random entropy generation during boot. Touching the keyboard helps produce more entropy. -- Chris Murphy ___
