strange issues on F28

I have 2 systems running F28, one is a laptop the other a desktop.  I rebooted both onto 4.19.2 last week. On the laptop I'm having some strange issues. 1)  When I rebooted the laptop this morning it failed to boot and dropped into emergency mode.  Looking at the logs I see at lot of these me
