Hello good morning, Assuming these things happen in Gnome Shell with Wayland, I would suggest to switch to X.org in GDM to see if they persist. If things behave normally, then it's a bug in Wayland, About where to file the bugs... It should be Gnome, Wayland and/or GPointing Device Settings. The
