The problem is that the new version of nut depends on a new version of freeipmi ( https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-5f8e18be61 ) which is still in updates-testing. Installing it manually allows nut to update. The freeipmi update has been eligible to be pushed to stable for week
