Fedora 23. Does anyone know why my entire desktop freezes up when I
drop a new clip into kdenlive for editing ? kdenlive version 15.12.2.
Qt 5.5.1. xcb windowing system. I've done the usual Google search.
Can't find anything that makes a lot of sense.

Is tp_smapi available in RPM format for Fedora-23?
There seem to be versions for Debian, Suze, et al,
but if there is a Fedora version I can't find it.

Actually you lead me in the correct direction, it was a version problem,
updating libvirt packages on my system fixed it.
Now since i reinstall everything i just have to fix permission issue that
prevents me from running my vm.

What i meant is that i remove qemu packages (and some libvirt packages
desinstall at the same time) that were preventing me to install the new
ones because they weren't the right version.
I don't have any missing dependencies actually.

I am rebuilding some packages from earlier versions of Fedora for F23.
While this process is going well, I have been unable to rectify a
"NOKEY" warning from rpm, despite having (I think) the requisite keys on
the F23 machine.
