Thanks for the quick feedback! I may try that if needed but so far going
back to the previous kernel has fixed the problem and I don't reboot
frequently on that machine.
Thanks,

I have deltarpm=false because it's on by default and it's annoying for me at
least. I have bandwidth to use, so if deltarpm is enabled I spend more time
rebuilding with drpms than actually downloading the full rpms.

Hmm, why have `deltarpm off`?
My problem was actually that i didn't understood that in `dnf` you must
specify with mirrors to use with fastmirror, and now I've just added a
few repos for alternative use, and now fastmirror just chooses the best.

Things like sda and sdb are Linux. Your bios is at a lower level, ie in onboard
flash rom. It's primary purpose is to act as a bootstrap loader for a disk
operating system such as ms-dos or linux. The standard on a modern system is a
scheme called efi.
That said, you appear to have 3 physical

Hi Richard,
If I good remember, there is from this Azalia chipset different
drivers, and pretty much depending what kind of chip do you have. But
try this:
edit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base
add at the end of the file:
options snd-hda-intel model=laptop
reboot
Ps: It has happened with HP 6735 lap
Anyone else have this problem?
After rebooting to kernel 4.2.6 I had no sound cards. Thought it might be
card specific so I tried plugging in a USB Plantronics headset but nothing
happened.

Hi, sorry for the late, late, late reply. What I've done is to modify dnf.conf
with the following:
fastestmirror=true
deltarpm=false
minrate=2M
timeout=5s
This works better in just skipping over Telekom's mirror (or others) and using
another mirror that goes faster.
I have a lot of bandwidth ava
