Naturaj,
First of all, thanks to everyone who responded.
It seems that one of the older kernels worked just fine. The problem went away,
the kernel mods went in, the problem re-surfaced. I got to mods from Josh.
Here's the bug on the RedHat bugzilla:

Hello,
I have somehow a long long time ago made a script that exports my
database as sql files then compress them with gzip and then emails them
off my server.
But I have somehow set the sender address and I cant figure out how I
have done it, as I haven't used the .muttrc file, is there ano

I had that problem on this box after an "upgrade" to F16 went sour. Try
booting into runlevel 3, or whatever it's called now, log into a CLI as
root and try this:
yum reinstall gdm

Since I mistakenly started the confusion I want to end it. Gnome and KDE
are both desktop environments that are used in Linux. There are two
window managers that a often run under Gnome. One is called metacity and

I would like to change some menu names such as "Scanner tool" to

I don't even know what application some of the menu names refer
to. It seems to me I went through this once before but can't
find anything in my notes or using Google, probably because
I'm using XFCE spin with Thunar as the file manager. I've installed
gvfs-smb and opened the firewall to allow samba client connections.
Thunar now has a "Windows Network" item in "Network" section -- but
whenever I try to open it, I get this error message:

Hi, Noriko. I stopped the server, removed the white space and restarted as you
requested. I tried to add the replication agreement again and here’s the output
of the errors file. Most of the errors appear when I close the Console. The new
agreement “389-01 to analog-01v” is not created.
