OK, so in my fervor to delete IcedTea, I "yum erase"d java. So, to get java back, I did the following: # yum groupinstall Java I could not locate the libjavaplugin_oji.so file, so I installed the jre as follows. # yum localinstall --nogpgcheck jre-6u22-linux-i586.rpm # ln -sf /usr/java/jre1
