How exactly are you trying to start "service"? Dis you install httpd as
a service by typing:
httpd -k

Now, to edit the location to point to the files I need accessible on a
Win10 Pro host.
The location is: E:\Logs ( Folders under )
No matter what I change, it remains " It works !
