Windows builds of Apache HTTPD were provided by volunteers who have commit
access to the project and were never "official" builds.

We have been using the MSI installer for previous versions of Apache and cannot
find it for 2.2.27. Has the MSI installer been discontinued for Apache 2.2.27?
