The problem ended up being the ssl upgrade. Apparently the downgrade did not
work.

Everything I have done in the past. When it was not working for me. I can only
make one suggestion. I have noticed a rare accurance that seems to happen with
apache. When the server is started or restarted it may or may not actual start.
I have had the server tell me it was operating but yet no

Help. Apache server stopped listening on Virtual Host ips. There are no error
messages.
Main Listener still works. Using apache 2.0.59 also tried apache 2.0.63 on
solaris 10
sparc.
