But I can't find no patch, and information if this problem was solved or
not.
Is the latest version (2.2.0) fixed?

And apache is compiled with the option "SUEXEC_BIN="/usr/sbin/suexec".
The command "httpd -V |grep -i suexec" prints " -D
SUEXEC_BIN="/usr
