You don't say what URL you are t
ile permissions of the DirectoryIndex
file name.
But the above doesn't matter if you are specifying a file in the url.

I keep getting Forbidden error when I try to access. In the
httpd.conf I have added:
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
But still no luck, can anyone help?
