I'm running Windows Vista SP1 and Apache Apache/2.2.11
When I start to test 3-5 times it works well but then stop working and don't
work anymore until I reboot the machine.

I would like to know if it is possible to reload the Apache configuration on
Windows without restarting the Apache, like we do on UNIX/Linux version.
