I have installed the newly released Apache httpd 2.4.37 on the above
platform through rpmbuilding successfully with no problem.

i read it before i ask this.it is different.in my case the warning message is
"invalid argument". AND in the ubuntu 18.04, mutex config is commented by
default. so it is different.finally i use nginx now. thanks

I've tested your patch. It doesn't solve the problem. Still no SNI in
