I know most browsers fix that already,... but I'd rather have it really
enforced by the server.

Good point. I use a cgi that runs and actually sends the files which I
think is why I run afoul of this.

Version 2.2.23 is announced but win32 binaries are not available in the
download section (not a single mirror).
