I am using Debian Lenny, mpm-prefork, suexec, libapache2-mod-fcgid
2.3.6-1. The php5-cgi process does not expire. Goal: make php5-cgi
processes expire naturally to replace my cron job: pkill php5-cgi.

I put that in the teknerds.conf vhost file, in the directory directive (under
the scriptalias entry)
When I start httpd, the following message is shown in the error log and
apache failed to start.
"no space left on device couldn't create the XXX mutex"
