Using Apache ver. 2.0.64 to see if my problem would go away.
Did not get the instalation error that the domain name could not be read.
I can get the web page to come up at a friends house but after a couple of

it times out again. IE says web site is online but unresponsive.

As explain by Op on the Wamp forum, nothing seemed to block Apache on
Online Armor but it was that anyway.
I don't know if there is a way to explain that on the Apache FAQ but I
give the info on the Wamp forum.

Hi,
I am trying to configure apache with openssl so that it will ask
client certificate to authenticate.
The result i am getting is, without client certificate the browser is
able to access the page.
