Hi all,
I am trying to start tomcat 4.1.3 on Solaris. ps -ef | grep tomcat
returns nothing.
Tomcat is not started. And I don't see any error messages also.

I've googled until the cows came home, but I can't for the life of me
find a good method to figure out what's going on with my server. Help/
Input on what's happening given my description below would be great,
but honestly I'm just looking for a method to figure it out on my own!

Thanks That helped me to find out the issue . The issue was Cache-Control
header was not set
Header set Cache-Control "max-age=60, public"

For some urls (I cannot get the pattern), I am getting the error on

I compiled httpd myself with the following options:
