The supported and recommend route for upgrading 3.x to 5.x is to upgrade from 3.x to 4.x first, and then from 4.x to 5.x. Even if you've tested upgrading from 3.x to 5.x directly and it worked in a test environment, it is still unsupported and not recommended. That's because you may overlook s

Hi Manish, My understanding from the links you shared is that only upgrading from 4.X to 5.0 is supported. If you are in version 3.11.12 the standard recommendation is to upgrade to 4.1.latest before going to 5.0. This is not to say that upgrading from 3.11 to 5.0 does not work, it might work but
