What's the best way to install C*? Any good links?
Is it better to just create instances and install rpms on it first,
just like regular cluster and then create image from it? I am assuming
it's possible.
Are there any known issues when running C* on EC2?

How about just pulling the slow machines out of cluster? I think the most
of reads should already from fast machine right now because of dynamic
snitch. so removing two machines should not add much loads on the remaining
nodes.
