Hi Gary,
For better re-usability, you might consider adding a license (The Apache
License v2.0 for example, see http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html)
in a comment at the top of your schema.
I've already placed the license information at
xs:schema/xs:annotation/xs:documentation
