I am able to get sources from a local repository, but not Javadocs. I
submitted a new IVYDE issue about it.
I can try to take a look on your config. Are you using a public Maven
repository? If so, would you mind posting your Ivy config file as well?

I had that issue a year and a half ago with IvyDE 1.2, and it seems now
as a resurgence of closed IvyDE-55:
