I can confirm this is for sure an issue.
Resolv.conf keeps on being set back to the settings for namserver and

Hi Michael.
Just mentioning I had the same issues connecting to a WEP netgear.
I resolved the issue by installing the linux-backports module which
includes a newer version of the wireless driver.
sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-hardy-generic

corrupted, however, let me give you a little background on how fsck
works. Basically, any files that it CAN fix, it fixes and puts in the
original place. And files that can't be fixed (eg, very badly corrupted
sections) are moved to /

I really don't think this is a bug in openssh... more likely in whatever
ssh program you are using. However, could you post the output of apt-
cache policy ssh and also tell us what ssh program you are using to

Hi am having the same issue laptop is a HP nc6320, my wireless router is
Netgear WPNT834. The laptop connects to other routers fine. Case being a
Wep connection over a linksys, and my companies guest wireless.
It seems to pick up the names of SSIDs available but attempting to
connect does nothing.
