Należy uruchomić "apt-get -f install", aby je naprawić.
Następujące pakiety mają niespełnione zależności:

I will add that I can not install and remove apps by apt

Ok, I worked it out
I removed all additonal repo from sources.list
now my sources.list looks
deb http://pl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise main restricted
universe multiverse
I did
apt-get update, apt-get -f install
and my broken dependencies improved
