Binary package hint: pidgin
After installing packet pidgin-extprefs from repositories, I can't
resize buddy list window. More precisely, I can not make the window less
than a certain width. After uninstalling pidgin-extprefs problem has
gone.

After system start in dmesg I can see:

May be better just to add raid modules to /etc/initramfs-tools/modules.
Workaround:
1) boot to rescue mode using install CD;
2) execute:
echo "$RAID_MODULE_NAME" >> /etc/initramfs-tools/modules
dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-$YOUR_KERNEL_VERSION
3) reboot.
