I found out the problem and fixed it good now. Because I did not check

Just a follow up on this issue: The libnma.xxx inside '/usr/lib' are
versioned 0.0.0. I did some searches and suspected it might be due to a
broken upgrade (to note that the upgrading from 18.04.4 LTS to 20.04 LTS
went smooth, no issues). I manually remove those libnma*0.0.0 and 'sudo
apt install -

I'm using Lubuntu 11.10 and language-selector 0.56.
I installed ibus (and tried with scim also) but "Keyboard input method system"
drop-down list in Language Support window is always empty, there is nothing for
me to select like previous version of Ubuntu/Lubuntu.

Hmm, I don't know why the log says that "Package: language-selector (not
installed)", but after I run "sudo apt-get install language-selector",
the problem in this bug report still exists.
