It seems that the problem has two parts. The first is wrong owner of
/dev/input/uinput: it should be root:plugdev instead of root:root
The second part of the problem can be seen after manually changing the owner:

Hi,
gnome-settings-daemon was not running on session startup because it was
unchecked in System->Preferences->Sessions. After I checked it, the
problem disappeared. Anyway, my ~/.xsession-errors is attached.

I was wandering why my lock screen shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+Break) stoped

In Writer we cannot use existing dialog to import multiple images at
once. This is something that should work (works in Word like that).
There is a workaround to copy / paste or drag and drop multiple pictures
from the WIN File Explorer to the document, but, it's not so obvious.

Windows. Could be inherited from OO 3.3.
Excel printout is from A1 to R340. So it's 4 pages.
Calc printout is up to column IV so all is a single page.
Reason is row 3 that's all merged up to the end in IV.
