I tried the dpkg --configure -a
and I get the following error.

When I tried again to install the 4 items as shown on the graphic
attached above. This time, they seemed to download and install.
(previously they would not even do that. At the end I got a crash
notice, with the following error note

I re-started the machine, and it seems to have no outstanding updates,
and no error messages.
it got healed?
I shall not look a gift healing in the mouth.

This is an Improvement/Suggestion only for multi-tab UI.
I suggest to increase a tinny bit the margin below the tabs, add a line
separator, and completely remove the right, left and bottom margins. This would
make my beloved terminal a sweet borderless multi-tab window.
