I understand that the patch in question was applied to dhcp3 3.1.1-2 in
Debian, and jaunty now has dhcp3 3.1.1-5ubuntu1; so this should be fixed
for Ubuntu 9.04 and beyond.
If you think this should also be fixed for Ubuntu
I've applied the upstream patches to the tree containing proposed
intrepid updates. Could you please test and see if this resolves the
problem?
