I get this problem on occasion when I'm running Ubuntu in VMware. I've
was told that restarting Gnome will usually fix it. So I ssh into

visit if I have questions. The URL does not exist.

Mark Andrews of ISC claims it is already fixed, Ubuntu just needs to get
the latest released sources. See the Bugzilla report quoted above,
which says, "The current version on the ISC DHCP 3.1 chain is ISC DHCP
3.1.3".
