Ditto, also, I have similar experiences with "sysctrl", and a handful of
"dbus" processes. It is odd how top (which I run, rather than htop),
"dispells" these seconds after launch.
I am actually having thermal shutdowns in 18.04 that I have begun to attribute
to these runaway background processe
I am experiencing this also with wine on Precise Beta 2 on x86_64. I'm
unsure about my ia32-libs status.

My Flash Plugin has recently stopped working on my "primary" account in
Ubuntu 11.10 64bit. I created a new test user and the flashplugin works
flawlessly for that account. I'm using:

While attempting ticket's workaround (comment #42) using the "Disk
Utility" application, I still experience the following error in 11.04:

I also am experiencing this issue (Gnome 3 PPA as well)...
www.ubuntuone.com site login is fine, all as expected Ubuntuone app
