Ok, because this problem also exist under Windows, I assume it has
nothing to do with the network manager. Maybe it is the firmware. Under
Windows XP it says that the sim card detect failed.

solves the problem! But why does it hang up? System load explodes when
reconnecting without restarting network manager.

I am sorry to post this bug, because now I found out it has to do with
my encryption of ext4, then the longest file name possible only can be
143 chars...according to the developers of ecryptfs

For me the bug fix of ~brian-murray worked for me fine!
There was only a problem that my graphic card driver was not working any
more after the procedure, but that was maybe only due to my
misunderstanding of the procedure.
Brian was describing well, but some steps need further information!

Unfortunately today the error occured again, and even if I have
installed teamviewer, I do not think, it is above explained problem. It
crashes every session 0-2 times and I have absolutely no clue why. It
occurs independently which program I start or not, besides Hplipopen,
firefox and thunderbird
This discussion goes strange... so what is your comment or can you just
"parroting" me?

acroread (adobe reader 9) prints false color schem

I am very busy at work and hope to find time to send you
- the document (but you can choose whatever you want)
- the rescanned part of the document, so that you can see the false color scheme
- the rescanned version
That seems to work for me...

This bug affects me as well, I am using Ubuntu 22.04, standard desktop
configuration with Gnome3.

Since Update from 20.04 -> 22.04, I am not able to print via evince,
ocular is working.

The problem came to me a week ago with the latest kernel update. If I
try an older kernel it is still ok!
if 'tracker3 reset -s ' works I cannot confirm, I simply had to end this task
to work again. So...if I am using the most recent kernel, the problem still
persists and takes 80% of my 4 i7 cp
