maximum file size with FAT seems to be restricted to 4 Gibibyte. In my
opinion this is a restriction which excludes FAT as a means of solving

higher temperature than it did with MacOSX) until today's update to

attached, within estimated 30 minutes temperature got so high I had to

NTFS formatted a WD 300GB USB HDD on a Windows (TM) machine. Cleanly

Chose "Apple MacBook/MacBook Pro (Intl)". Getting the usual XKB error.
The only difference towards Ubuntu 8.10 is that now neither the CapsLock
light nor the CD/DVD eject button work any more, filing separate bugs
for this.
