Here is my own attachment for this bug. Oddly it's only happening on one
of my two computers. And it happens with two different programs, Exaile
as well as Rhythmbox. Interestingly if I share the songs over the
network with Rhythmbox and then play the sound back on the original
computer with pulsea

drives and make sure that there wasn't that problem.

Something similar happens I keep a digital media card in my laptop. If I
suspend then resume frequently there will be two devices when I resume.
One will be real and the other which can't be gotten rid off even if I
log out. A full reboot is necessary to get rid of the superfluous icon.
