It is all o.K , you was not able to do different.
The report apport-retracing is pointing on is private and you can access
it by default and you are also not able to identify your report as dub ,
before apport-retracing is pointing you on.
Instead you get presented a "Lost Something
I have looked at the cited reports.
For sure very frustating to fight against apport-retracing.
That should not be.
I give it a confirmed, but there is one thing I am worried about.
Apport-retrace tells not about, but can you exclude that it is the
kernel3.6rc5 that make it impossible for apport
I have just retested with unity 2d and deqaktivated 2d support in
virtualbox.
The screenshot works normal in this configuration(Virtualbox4.1.12 on
Ubuntu12.04 64bit host).

I have already retested it with the latest updates yesterday evening.
The apache search was working, the phpmyadmin not.
Today both are working.
So the problem itself seems to be gone.
I bring the system now to the latest upgrade level and retry it one more
time to be sure.

I see the prolem in your etc/apt/sources.list
and not so in synaptic.
I attach a exerpt of mine sources list(basic with universe and
multiverse enabled). You may want to rename yours as sources.list

Have retested in with the upgraded system.
For phpmyadmin it is completely gone.
Apache is different.
When I use the phrase "apache" Software-Center is not able to find the
apache server.
When I use the phrase "apache2" it is able to find the server.
This is overspecific for a search function.
I have tested by my own. Proofgeneral is installable.
Please run on your system from terminal
sudo apt-get update
and then
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f
when there are any package trouble still arround the -f option should
apt enable to fix them by itself. The dist-upgrade makes sure that only
