I searched for a solution of this bug, too and found a possible workaround:
Change the keybinding of "Run dialog" in "General Options"-tab of compiz
settings manager to something else than F2. Don't disable it! After that,
the assigned F2 keybinding will work for the user-defined comm
command+0x1c/0x110 [ide_cd]
... cdrom_saw_media_change+0x0/0x20 [ide_cd]
... cdrom_pc_intr+0x160/0x270 [ide_cd]
... cdrom_pc_intr+0x254/0x270 [ide_cd]

Hi all,
although this is a rather old bug, I'm nonetheless affected by it (with Ubuntu
10.10). Hence I started to search for some solutions and found a neat
workaround:

Solving the described problem with nepomuk is fairly simple:
Just install "virtuoso-driver" and "virtuoso-server"
The problem was, that two file were missing:

Happens after (re)starting Ubuntu. Replacing Zeitgeist daemon does not work for

This bug is definitely not solved. The solution using gksudo (or
something similar) is really a pain. Everytime my laptop's backlight
changes an authentication dialog is popping up. That should be solved
in a more "elegant" way (is it even possible without root privileges?!)
