don't need them at boot, can you please remove them and see if the
timeout still occours?

I was able to reproduce the problem and it should be fixed in the latest
upload I did one hour ago with openais 0.81-0ubuntu5 and redhat-cluster-
suite_2.20070823.1-0ubuntu1.

just for the record (as we discussed on IRC) the lt-nl is pointless
because on fresh install prerm is not executed. Even if it was executed,
the special case would do the rigth thing by checking if the init script
is there and executable (it's not) and that the daemon is not running so
the

different udev interaction and it shows other issues. I also found
another bug in dapper that we must address.

Installer (partitioner) fails
Hi guys,
I managed to move all the crap into udev for feisty and it works fine
here.
Martin the way in which udev works in feisty allows me to remove the
init script that's causing troubles.
Tore, sorry i didn't manage to get the documentation in for this upload due to
time pressure.

ok guys,, i see a bunch of problems here.. let's track down one at a
time..
first of all i need somebody to boot their machine, using the very latest
feisty installer (doesn't matter if it netboot or CD)
and plug in a console cable to the machine.

only CD and it's pending upload. Please test instead with a netboot

Martin, sorry but this is a bug and needs to be addressed. My fix for
ipv6 doesn't solve this specific issue.
There are multiple problems here. one n-m that doesn't know how to cope
