Public bug reported:
I have in fact eeebuntu, then I installed kaffeine and all needed
codecs.
I use a Terratec T² dvbt box. All drivers are OK for that device, the
pinguin is on the box.
When I have the option
Option "AccelMethod" "XAA"
(/etc/X11/xorg.conf in the device section)
I have

I have to set

I have a PAckard Bell imax mini, and that works OK with nvidia driver
195.
I did use the hdmi cable on a 1680x1050 monitor/tv, but that did not
give the right resolution, I guess HDMI is 720p, or "true" 1080p
I now use VGA cable (more resolutions possible)
One thing I see in kinfocenter: an
Public bug reported:
uname -a
Linux sat 2.6.31-17-generic #54-Ubuntu SMP Thu Dec 10 16:20:31 UTC 2009 i686

dmesg when inserting the device:

[ 549.333295] usb 2-6: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[
I would like to add that on this Packard Bell imax mini I do not have a
problem with the Terratec T² dvb-T usb stick.
