Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: mountall
Version: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Arch: i386
Package version: 2.15
After a fresh Lucid install I noted /tmp was not cleaned any more (it
did on Karmic). I use a single partition and /tmp is not a separate
mountpoint.
** Affects: mountall (Ubuntu)
Any plans on backporting this to precise?

Well, I've experienced the same problem (SIGSEGV in

tomboy and eclipse for sure. Debugging the apps I found the crash was
related to overlay-scrollbar, and uninstalling it worked around the
problem. I reported this on Chromium Issu

This is still present on Precise. As a workaround, I use gconf-editor to

I'm experiencing the same performance regression after upgrading to
Maverick (mesa 7.9~git20100924-0ubuntu2 on i386). glxgears FPS dropped
from 240 to almost 60.

On a Lucid clean install, I cannot play any kind of video using Totem. I just
get the audio and a black screen and after that I get the same black screen on
any video player I try (mplayer, vlc, xine, etc.). If I don't open totem first,

Yes, I tried that and it works, but video playback is choppy and I don't
want to loose Xv. I tried with Lucid and Maverick Live CDs and could
play videos (bad quality), but I think it's because radeon driver does
not support Xv. Using fglrx + totem screen goes black :(

I found that this is related to brightness control. When I change brightness
with AC power, the laptop reboots. So that was why it rebooted when on Battery
mode g-p-m reduces brightness.
Please tell me how can I help to solve this. I can provide any info you need.
