I have the same issue with any sg-latin1 (Swiss German) keymaps:
It is not possible to produce (uppercase) Udiaeresis, Adiaeresis and Odiaeresis.
These are usually produced either by
a) caps-lock-on (lowercase) udiaeresis ...
