-44 has the weird things, Youtube video goes slower (or stops for while) and
then speeds too much and audio gets out of sync with that.

Ubiquity crashed trying to install grub, the popup appeared asking me to
choose a different destination or continue installing without a bootloader,
unfortunately the computer was not responsive anymore -> I had to
hard-reset the device and install manually.
Afterwards the system worked - kind of.
This bug still continues/exists on xubuntu 16.04 with dconf-service. It
happens on my machine when I open more than one instance of mousepad,
the I/O disk write increments and the HDD led doesn't stop blinking,
until I close one of the instances of mousepad.

who experienced the same problem - I was not aware about the significant
change in the handling of secure boot and the consequences thereof.
Formerly Ubuntu worked
I just upgraded to 16.04 and can't log in any longer with the latest
(default) kernel 4.4.0-21. If i select an older kernel (4.2.0-35)
everything works fine. Trying to load nvidia drivers manually say
something like 'required key missing' (i would have to reboot with the

I came here from the other bug also relating to right-clicking (on Unity
to be precise in my case). I can also confirm that disabling the "shift
switcher" in ccsm fixed the problem for me. Right-click functionality
works, and there are fewer crashes.

We have done bisection, and found the first bad commit is "34b48db" as shown
below.
With this bad commit, the filesystem returns I/O error while copying files to
disk.
We use the same config file copy from ubuntu 14.10, and follow the build
instruction[1].

This happend during a dist-upgrade to 13.10. A lot of error messages
were displayed, including a message, that the upgrade process will
terminate and leave the system in an inconsistant state.
