In kubuntu 9.10, when printer is disconnected, CUPS does not crash PC,
but the install does not work, the print test page results in 1-3 lines
of xtrange chars. In 9.4 and previous, the printer worked fine. Actual
CUPS is 1.4.1-5ubuntu2.4

this just changer IRQ from 10 to 7 and the bug repelled this action smoothly
(same results).
