running when the computer starts but when I open bluefish and type
'foreach' the windows flicker and compiz crashes.

This bug is still alive. It has appeared on my computer. I'm using dapper
drake 6.06. I have a sata dvd burner. I have verified that it is indeed either
hal or gnome-volume-manager. I am to mount the disc manually. But hals
auto-sensing features do not work with consistency on my dvd drive. Som
darn old.
