I can confirm, that the 10G Bios is working, but there are only 4
brightness levels, not the possible 8 I've had with the patched g-p-m
from #215. Also the easy way of flashing mentioned in #264 is not longer
working for me (have done it successfully with version 10D), so had to
use the guide from
After upgrading from Jaunty to Karmic (with the latest updates) I have
the same problem. But only while playing youtube or other Flash videos.
Every couple of minutes the entire screen goes blank for a second but
sound is still playing.
I've tested it with Firefox 3.5.3 and Midori 0.1.9 with Flash

Thanks for this patch, sounds great. Unfortunately your precompiled
version is not working for me because the content of
/sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/board_name is "U90/U100", not "U-100", on my
MSI Wind U100.

The camera worked fine with Jaunty, but after an upgrade to Karmic I've
the same problem. But sometimes (maybe 1 in 10 boots) it works.
