I can assure you though that it won't work because of the
"proprietaryness" of most Panasonic equipment, especially since it was
designed for our enemy windows. Even with that I had tried every
verson of Ubuntu on the Panasonics, I have had 6 Panasonic toughbooks,
and when I got 9.04 to work on it
The machine that this was previously tested on was sold. I don't have
it available anymore, if I did I would of done it right away. Thanks

Public bug reported:
Cisco Aironet 350 PCMCIA Card not being detected under Ubuntu 8.04.
The card may blink once or twice but is not being detected.
I have found a way to get it to work.
Go to Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal.
Enter this command: "gksudo gedit /ect/modprobe.d/blacklist/"
thanks

There is none the card can't be detected at all that is why the information
is not available. I am going to report another bug it is ACPI related and
affects all Ubuntu distros, It does have the required info. Thanks, Sorry
for any disrespect I am just trying to help improve the Ubuntu community.
Thank You, However the info in the problem description that specifies how to
fix it, well those cmds work, I Had got it to work that way. I am thinking
of making a package to fix it, I know how to do the gtk programming for the
gui, I do it in C.

Remember though I looked at the uncompiled kernel that 8.10 and 9.04 run and
the drivers / modules for the 350 are in there however rather on 8.04 they
aren't there or they don't work. But my fix works and this bug effects all
