address bar, the spaces are not replaces with "%20" again making the

I hide sonata by either clicking the close button of the window or the
tray icon. When I click the tray icon again to restore the window it
does not show up at the previous location. Even when moving it to the
desired location and hiding it does not restore it to that location

I can second this bug report:
I start pidgin 1:2.4.3-0ubuntu1~hardy1 from archive.ubuntu.com. There
are no error messages, and pidgin reports status: available. However,
there are also no buddies, not even offline buddies. All groups are
empty.
When I go check my accounts, their protocol is "unkn
this screenshot shows the account list with the missing protocols. It
does not show the empty buddy list, because I deactivated all the
accounts to try and edit them.
